Xx is for xray and x marks the spot

We talked about the letter X and practiced making an "X" with our fingers.

We talked about going to the doctor and having the doctor take a picture of our bones. 

We colored and then added bones (q-tips) to our x-ray fish.

 We also put together a puzzle of a picture of what our bones look like in our body.

On our second day of school we pretended to be pirates and we followed clues to our pirate gold.

The clues took us all over the house and yard as well as in the flowers.

 "X" marks the spot.  Our clues led us to our yummy pirate gold nuggets.

 While we ate our pirate gold we colored a pirate and practiced writing the letter X
